MY AUTUMN INTERIOR EDIT

Whether we’re ready for it or not, Autumn is upon us. Although I adore Summer, I also enjoy being able to embrace a new season - in my garden, interior, and wardrobe - as well as the beautiful changes in nature, from the falling of leaves, to the low sunlight that casts an amber glow.

Today I wanted to share some of my favourite Autumn picks for the home - from small accessories like candles and cushions, to more impactful pieces such as rugs and furniture - it is time to fall for Autumn!

SCOTTISH RIVERS & MOUNTAINS SET OF 2 PRINTS

Living in Edinburgh, these set of two prints of Scottish rivers & mountains really speak to me. I particularly like the masculine touch from the ebonized frames, which perfectly complement the earthy hues depicted in the prints. An elegant addition to the home that will work all year round.

CORDLESS TABLE LAMP

How chic are these cordless table lamps? One of the most frustrating things about lamps is that you are fairly limited to placing them in certain places because of the wires. With these, they can be moved around from place to place, perfect for when you are entertaining or want to alter the mood of the room.

BONJOUR LE JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG SCENTED CANDLE

I love how fragrance can alter the mood of an interior and bring the whole space into a new season. These chic scented candles not only look divine, but also smell wonderful. I like to keep the glass votives once all the wax has melted, and use them as pen holders or to store other desk items.

SWANSON RUG

Rugs are the perfect way to bring in some much-needed cosiness and texture into a room - especially so for Autumn and Winter. This one from Soho Home is stylish and chic - I love the green, earthy tones.

TORTOISE EFFECT GLASS TUMBLERS

I’m a big fan of anything tortoiseshell - and I particularly love these glass tumblers from H&M Home. Adding in small accessories like this at each change of season is a wonderful way to rejuvenate your decor, without breaking the bank.

PATTERNED CUSHIONS

Can you ever have too many cushions? I think not! This elegant design from Oka caught my eye - the pattern reminds me of the leaves on a Fern I have at home. They come in various colours, but I am as usual drawn to green.

And then there is this elegant floor cushion with the most amazing texture and pattern. I think this will be a real sturdy addition to the household and last for many years to come.

Towel with contrast rim

BLOOMINGVILLE VASE

I love the beautiful imperfection of this vase from Amara.

tableware from Rebecca udall

The Rebecca Udall range of product is always so unique and inspiring. I really love the bamboo flatware which adds an unusual flare to a dining table.

I’m also drawn to the hexagonal green glassware which is beautifully textured and a real nod to nature.
