MY FAVOURITE FRAGRANCES FOR SPRING
I might be getting a little ahead of myself with excitement and in anticipation of Spring as it’s only February, but the thought of a new season brings me joy!
Not only am I looking to make some changes in my home and style, but as the seasons merge into one another I find it a great time to change-up your personal fragrance too.
It’s time for light, airy fragrances that take you into summer - these are the ones I have my eye on or have loved in the past.
THE MATCHA | LE LABO
This is the perfect fragrance for Spring, and a beautiful scent to compliment the change of season. Notes of Japanese Matcha, vetiver, and orange make this the perfect unisex fragrance. It really warms up the skin and lingers for a long time. This is a fragrance that always draws compliments when I wear it - in fact, I’m was quite tempted to keep it my own little secret - it’s that precious.
Chloe Atelier Des Fleurs | Neroli
I’m really drawn to the scent of Neroli, it always brings back a memory. When perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur was working on Néroli eau de parfum for Chloé, she let the memory of a trip to Seville be her guide. Imagining the sweet aroma of the orange blossoms, warmed by the locale's bright sun, she began to infuse this fragrance with lightly honeyed floral accents. Housed inside a delicately ribbed glass bottle, this scent is part of the label's Atelier des Fleurs collection.

If there is ever a fragrance that blows you away - It’s this one. It might be strong and overwhelming for some but the scent is so special, it actually changes your mood for the better and even lingers after you’ve showered. Hibiscus Mahajád sees a flamboyant floral duo of hibiscus and rose contrast with the softness of vanilla beans, leather, and musk.

Jo Malone never fails to capture a perfect moment. Orange Blossom is just that, a very fresh fragrance with warm undertones of orris and balsamic vetiver. This is also a stunning scent for your home. You can just feel the arrival of Spring as this fills your room.
YOUR EVERYDAY BYREDO | BLANCHE
This one is based, as you can guess, on the color white. It’s also a fragrance I think of when spring is near. The scent is pure and simple in structure, but at the same time has a surprisingly extreme side. A hint of aldehyde softens into delicate rose through sandalwood and musk - the allure and intimacy of human touch. Byredo is a European luxury brand founded in Stockholm in 2006 by Ben Gorham, with an ambition to translate memories and emotions into products and experiences.
Nothing says Spring more than Eau Rose from Dyptique
